
Classic chocolate chip cookies everyone needs to bake from time to time!
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup melted vegan butter
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 2/3 cup coconut sugar
- 2/3 cup caster sugar
- 3 cups of plain flour
- 3/4 block of dark chocolate
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Method:
Preheat oven to 190C degrees.
Mix all wet ingredients with both sugars in one bowl.
Mix flour, soda and salt in other bowl. Add wet ingredients to the flour and combine together.
Add chopped chocolate at the end.
Roll tablespoon size balls and set on the tray with baking paper (with some distance from each other as they will grow).
Bake 15 min.
