Ingredients:
- cup of oats
- cup of rice hazelnut milk
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- 1 espresso shot
- 1 tsp carob or cocoa powder
- handful of nuts & seeds and dried fruits like goji berries, plums
- 1/2 banana
Method:
Mix all ingredients together and keep overnight in the fridge. In the morning add banana slices and drizzle with dates syrup.
