Coffee overnight oatmeal

Overnight oatmeal is the easiest way for breakfast. Prepared on the night before can be taken to work, school in a jar of food container. Check this recipe for coffee oatmeal  with  dark chocolate. Breakfast and coffee in one!

Ingredients:

  • cup of oats
  • cup of rice hazelnut milk
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 1 espresso shot
  • 1 tsp carob or cocoa powder
  • handful of nuts & seeds and dried fruits like goji berries, plums
  • 1/2 banana

Method:
Mix all ingredients together and keep overnight in the fridge. In the morning add banana slices and drizzle with dates syrup.
