Baked falafels. Great for tortilla wraps, pita bread or salad.
- 2 cans of chickpea
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- handful of chopped parsley
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp chili
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Blend all ingredients together until nicely combined and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat the oven up to 200 C degrees. Place parchment paper on the baking tray and spread oil on it.
Shape falafel bowls, spread a bit of oil on top and bake for 10 minutes. Then flip over and bake on the other side for another 10 minutes or until brown and crispy.
Serve with tahini sauce in pita bread or tortilla and a side salad. Enjoy!
