Protein bomb smoothie bowl
Ingredients:
- 100 gr tofu
- 1 frozen banana
- piece of zucchini (frozen or not) or cauliflower
- 2 tsp carob
- few dates
- cinnamon
Method:
Blend all ingredients together and pour to the bowl. Add your favorite toppings: fruits, nuts, seeds, granola, dates syrup, homemade nutella or peanut butter and chocolate.
