Carob protein smoothie bowl

Protein bomb smoothie bowl

Ingredients:

  • 100 gr tofu
  • 1 frozen banana
  • piece of zucchini (frozen or not) or cauliflower
  • 2 tsp carob
  • few dates
  • cinnamon

Method:
Blend all ingredients together and pour to the bowl. Add your favorite toppings: fruits, nuts, seeds, granola, dates syrup, homemade nutella or peanut butter and chocolate.
