
Delicious chocolate and peanut butter mousse made with healthy fats!
Mousse Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 banana
- 40 gr peanut butter
- 50 ml maple syrup
- 3 tbsp cocoa
Salted Caramel Ingredients:
- 70gr dates
- pinch of salt
- handful of peanuts
- additional peanut butter for topping

Method:
Blend all mousse ingredients together. In a separate dish soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes. Then drain the dates (keep the water) and blend adding a bit of water to get thick sauce consistency. Add a pinch of salt.
Roast the peanuts on the pan or in the oven.
Pour your mousse into the jars or glasses, add few peanuts, tsp of peanut butter. Top up with caramel sauce and rest of peanuts.
