Tahini pancakes

Easy tahini pancakes


  • 25 g oats blended for oat flour
  • 25 g spelt flour
  • 120 ml plant milk
  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds mixed with+ 2 tsp water
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp tahini

Prepare two bowls. In one, combine spelt flour, oat flour and baking powder. In second bowl mix flax seed with water and set aside for a while. Then add plant milk, tahini and whisk together.
Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Add more milk if
needed. Fry your pancakes on medium heat with a bit of coconut oil until golden. Serve with favorite toppings.
