Fluffy blueberry buckwheat pancakes with chocolate sauce!
Ingredients:
- 50g buckwheat flour
- 10g oats
- half of ripe banana
- 100 ml plant milk
- 1 flax egg
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- handful of blueberries
Method:
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in separate bowl. Whisk together and gently stir in the blueberries. Fry until golden flipping on the other side when you see the bubbles on top. Serve with maple syrup or chocolate spread.
