The ultimate green smoothie recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of spinach
- 1/2 cup of kale
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 orange
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp protein powder (optional)
- almond milk
Method:
Put all ingredients into your blender and process until creamy. Transfer to a bowl and decorate with more fruits, nuts or seeds and granola.
