For all chai spice lovers!
Ingredients:
- 30g oat flour
- 10g coconut flour
- 1 tbsp protein powder (optional)
- 1/2 banana
- 100ml almond milk
- 1tsp coconut sugar
- 1tsp chia seeds
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1tsp chai spice
- pecans
- half of pear
- tahini
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 C degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Grease small baking pan with oil. Transfer the cake and gently press half of pear on top. Bake for 20-30 min. Serve drizzled with tahini.
