Vegan eggplant bacon

Easy plant based bacon. Cruelty free, full of flavor, not fat.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 eggplant
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tamari
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • salt, garlic powder, pepper

Method:

Slice the eggplant thinly. Combine the marinate ingredients and cover both sides of eggplant slices. Bake in 110C for 30 minutes.
