Healthy alternative to classic cookie dough!
Ingredients:
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 5 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp maple/dates syrup
- vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground chia seeds
- splash of plant milk if needed
- chocolate chips
Method:
Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips – add these at the end when the dough will reach desired consistency. Top up with more chocolate chips. Store in the refrigerator.
