Chocolate protein oatmeal bowl.
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- hot water
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp vegan chocolate protein powder (I used My Protein)
- 1/2 banana, chopped
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds,
- 1 cup of almond milk
Combine oats and chia seeds in a pan and cover with hot water. Let it soak the liquid. This will make the oats more creamy. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low heat for couple minutes.
Transfer to the bowl and top up with your favorites. I added extra chocolate pieces, granola and pomegranate for more crunch.
