Chia & poppyseed overnight oatmeal

When you don’t have time to prepare breakfast in the morning – overnight oatmeal is the solution!


  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 & 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp poppyseed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds


Mix all ingredients in a bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight. In the morning top up with fruits and take with you to work or school!
