5 main ingredients and it takes only 15 min to have this delicious breakfast!
- 40 g buckwheat flour
- 1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax mixed with 3 tbps water)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml almond milk
- 1 tbsp rice syrup
- 1 tsp maca powder
- pinch of cinnamon, cardamon, salt
Prepare the flax egg in small bowl. Mix dry ingredients in other bowl. Whisk all together with almond milk.
Heat up the pan with coconut oil and fry omelette on medium/low heat. Just before flipping the omelette I like to sprinkle some shredded coconut on top.
Serve with peanut butter, chocolate sauce and lots of fruits.
