Lemon and coconut overnight oats

Sweet and sour overnight oatmeal.


  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp of coconut yogurt
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • juice of half lemon +zest
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut


Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight. On the next day add chopped banana, stir and enjoy
