
Sweet and sour overnight oatmeal.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp of coconut yogurt
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- juice of half lemon +zest
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight. On the next day add chopped banana, stir and enjoy
