Peanut butter chia pudding

Healthy and delicious peanut butter pudding.


  • 25 g chia seeds
  • 50 g soaked dates
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 20 g peanut butter powder


Blend all ingredients together. Transfer to serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Decorate with roasted peanuts and sour fruits for flavor contrast.
