
Salad doesn’t always have to be savory! I love this summer watermelon salad!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups watermelon, cut into cubes
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 cup butter lettuce
- 1/3 cup black olives
- 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 cup cucumber
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- few mint leafs
- coriander
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- toasted black sesame
- salt
- chili flakes
The proportions here are only suggested. You can add as many of mentioned ingredients as you want!
Combine all fruits and veggies in a bowl. Add olive oil, herbs and sprinkle with salt, chili flakes and toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately and enjoy!
