
Monday morning calls for dessert. Here is my blueberry nice cream with muffin chuns.
Ingredients for muffin bites:
- 50 g oats soaked in hot water
- 150 g chickpeas
- 15 g powdered peanut butter (or regular peanut butter)
- 1 tbsp dates syrup
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 1 tsp ground flax seed
- 1 tsp maca powder
- splash of hemp milk
Ingredients:
Put all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth. Tear pieces of dough and stir into smoothie or nice cream bowl.
