Carrot cake overnight oatmeal

If you would like to eat cake for breakfast make carrot cake overnight oatmeal.

Ingredients:

  • 50 g oats
  • 50 g grated carrot
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries, dates or figs
  • 1 tsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice

Method:

Combine all ingredients together in a jar and refrigerate overnight. On the next day top up with more fruits and seeds. I like to add sliced banana.
You can also heat up the oats in the microwave. It taste amazing both ways.
