
Waffles and pancakes are weekend must! Especially chocolate!
Ingredients:
- 60 g buckwheat flour
- 20 g chocolate protein powder
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200 ml soy milk
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- chocolate chips (otional)
Method:
In small bowl mix soy milk with apple cider vinegar and set aside for 10 minutes. It will react together and create buttermilk. In second bowl combine all dry ingredients. Pour buttermilk to dry ingredients, add olive oil and combine together. Stir in chocolate chips.
Preheat your waffle maker and fry waffles as per your waffle maker recommendations.
Serve drizzled with peanut butter, tahini or chocolate sauce, cocoa nibs and fruits.
