
Pumpkin goes so well with apples, especially baked with sweet and sour juice and lots of pumpkin spice!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Hokkaido pumpkin
- 2 apples
- lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp pumpkin spice
- extra cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 2 tsp potato starch to thicken the sauce
Method:
To make this baked goods you need to clean and slice the pumpkin and do the same with the apples. Add everything to a baking dish lightly greased with coconut oil. Add maple syrup, grated ginger, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, salt and potato starch. Mix together, cover with top lid and place into the oven preheated to 180C for 30min. Uncover and bake 15 min more minutes.
Serve with more maple syrup, ice cream or on top of your oatmeal.
