Pear pancakes

Pear pancakes or rather pear slices covered in pancake batter!

Ingredients:

  • 50 g chickpea flour
  • 20 g almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/3 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • water to combine

Method:

Prepare the batter by whisking all ingredients in a bowl. Slice the pear, cover in pancake batter and fry on medium heat until golden.
Serve drizzled with tahini, date syrup and toasted almonds.
