Summer rolls are healthier version of crispy deep fried spring rolls. I love both but these are definitely easier and less messy to make! And the best part is you can use any ingredients you like!
- rice paper
- rice noodles
- soy sauce
- spring onion
- sesame seeds
- peanut sauce
- sweet and sour sauce
Prepare the ingredients. Wash and cut your favorite veggies. Cut the tofu into strips and marinate in soy sauce for half hour. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions.
Start preparing the rolls by soaking the rice paper in warm water for a moment. Put on the prepared mat where you will roll it. Add small portion of noodles, carrot, tofu, salad, spring onion and coriander. Gently roll it. Repeat with other papers.
Serve with peanut sauce and sweet & sour sauce. These are my two favorite.
