
Whatever smoothie flavor is your favorite you will love this one for sure!
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- few pieces of frozen zucchini
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup plant milk (I used macadamia)
- 1 tsp maqui powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp of vanilla protein powder (optional)
Method:
Place all ingredients into the blender and process until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl and decorate with favorite nuts, seeds and fruits.
