Bread with seeds

One of the best things you can make on your own is definitely a homemade bread. I love the the type of bread which is heavy, full of seeds and have a crunchy crust and this is the recipe for exactly that kind of bread!

Ingredients:

  • 42 g of fresh yeast
  • 475 ml warm water
  • 500 g flour (I used spelt flour, you can use wholegrain as well)
  • 150 g flax seed (not ground)
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Method:

Mix yeast with water in one bowl. In second bowl prepare the flour and other dry ingredients. Combine all together, adding the vinegar as well. The dough is heavy and thick. Just mix until well combined. Transfer to the greased loaf pan and put into the COLD oven set on 200 C degrees (old school top and bottom heating) for 60 min.
Once the bread is ready, take it out, leave it for 10-15 min and remove from the pan. Let it cool before you cut it.
