
Ever wonder what to do with leftover veggies such parsley root or celeriac? You can make an excellent baked fries!
Ingredients:
- 1 celeriac
- olive oil
- smoked paprika
- garlic powder
- oregano, basil
- salt
- pepper
Method:
Peel the celeriac and cut into fries shapes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with good amount of herbs and spices. Toss to combine. Line on the baking pan covered with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes in the oven preheated to 200 C degrees.
While your fries are baking you can prepare your favorite sauces or even fix a little tzatziki dip.
