Gingerbread pudding

Best pudding of the Christmas season!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 baked sweet potato
  • 2 medjool dates,
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp gingerbread spice
  • splash of plant milk

Method:

Add all ingredients into the blender or food processor and blend until creamy. Transfer to a serving dish and add gingerbread cookies and cocoa nibs for extra crunch.
