
Is there a better smell than a freshly baked granola?
Ingredients:
- 2 and 1/2 cup of oats
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp homemade nutella – recipe here
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- few chopped dried cherries
- chocolate chips
Method:
Mix oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds and hazelnuts in a bowl. In small sauce pan combine coconut oil, nutella and maple syrup. Heat up until it melts and create a mass. Pour all over the dry ingredients and stir. Line in a baking pan covered with parchment paper. Bake in 175 C for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven, add cherries and chocolate chips. Stir and leave until it cools down.
