Healthy and full of proteins. Chocolate spread. Perfect for crepes, pancakes or waffles.
- 1 cup of red lentils
- 50 g dark chocolate or 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp maple or date syrup
- pinch of salt
- cocoa nibs
Cook lentils until soft. Melt the chocolate in water bath.
Place lentils, chocolate and maple syrup in the blender. Add pinch of salt and process until smooth. Add coca nibs for extra crunchiness and stir with a spoon. Spread on your crepes, add fruits and enjoy.
