Calling all coffee and chocolate lovers! Fluffy chocolate pancakes with extra coffee and healthy proteins.
- 50 g buckwheat flour
- 20 g choca mocha protein powder from That Protein
- 1/2 banana
- 100 ml plant milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- pinch of salt
Combine milk with apple cider vinegar and set aside. In separate bowl prepare all dry ingredients. Mash the banana, add to milk and whisk together. Mix wet and dry ingredients together, add more milk if needed but you aim for quite thick mixture. Fry on one side until you’ll see the bubbles, then flip to the other side.
Serve with banana slices, cocoa nibs and date syrup.
