Popcorn smoothies

When you need a sweet treat for your movie night!

Ingredients for one smoothie:

  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • pinch of salt
  • 100 ml plant milk

Method:

Blend all ingredients together, transfer to a serving dish and top up with freshly prepared salty popcorn.
I made smoothies in two flavors: peanut butter and salted caramel. Both flavors go well with the saltiness of popcorn.
