
No flour and no sugar chocolate chip cookies. Full of protein and healthy fats. Healthy and delicious.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of chickpeas (240g)
- 100 g peanut butter
- 50 g dates
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- vanilla extract
- 50 g chocolate
- chocolate chips to top up

Place all ingredients except chocolate into food processor and combine together. Once you will get smooth dough add the chocolate and stir with a spoon.
Prepare baking pan lined with parchment paper. Form cookies taking 1 spoon of the dough per cookie. Sprinkle with more chocolate chips on top and bake for 15 minutes in 180 C.
