
Green smoothie is a great way to get one of few portions of fruits and vegetables you need in a day. If you combine it smart you will get a tasty and sweet dessert and noone will dare to say green smoothie is not delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/2 cup kale
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 200 ml milk of choice
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a serving bowl and add favorite crunchy toppings.
