
Papaya is one of my top 3 favorite fruits. I love to have it with oatmeal, on its own or as a salad! Fill the papaya boat with your favorite fruits and enjoy a healthy snack!
Ingredients:
- 1 papaya
- handful of lambs lettuce
- handful of strawberries
- handful of blueberries
- coconut chips
- balsamic sauce (optional)
Method:
Cut the papaya and remove the seeds. Cut the strawberries. Fill the papaya boat with lettuce and fruits. Sprinkle with coconut chips. Drizzle with balsamic sauce.
