Berrylicious millet pudding

This raspberry pudding is a delicious breakfast or dessert!

Ingredients:

  • 100 g cooked millet
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 small beetroot, baked or cooked
  • handful of frozen raspberries
  • half of frozen banana
  • plant milk to reach desired consistency

Method:

Simply combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until you reach a creamy pudding.
I prefer to use frozen fruits as it makes this pudding even more creamy but you can also use fresh.
Top up your pudding with more fruits, nuts, seeds or granola.
