
This raspberry pudding is a delicious breakfast or dessert!
Ingredients:
- 100 g cooked millet
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 small beetroot, baked or cooked
- handful of frozen raspberries
- half of frozen banana
- plant milk to reach desired consistency
Method:
Simply combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until you reach a creamy pudding.
I prefer to use frozen fruits as it makes this pudding even more creamy but you can also use fresh.
Top up your pudding with more fruits, nuts, seeds or granola.
