
Overnight oats and chia pudding is a great way to have a flavorful breakfast or dessert.
Overnight oats ingredients:
- 100 g oats
- 200 ml milk of choice
- 1 banana mashed
- 1 tsp ground turmeric for the right jar
- 1 tsp maqui powder for the left jar
Chia pudding ingredients:
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1 cup of milk of choice
- 1 tsp green spirulina powder for the right jar
- 1 tsp blue spirulina powder for the left jar
Method:
Mix all oatmeal ingredients and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours. Once the oats are ready split on two and mix one part with turmeric powder and pinch of pepper. Mix the second part with maqui powder.
For chia pudding combine chia seeds with coconut yogurt and milk. Stir and stir again after 5 minutes. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Once ready slit on two parts and mix one with green spirulina and the second with blue spirulina.
Prepare your jars by combining lines of oats, chia pudding and fruits.
I made an extra strawberry chia pudding on top by mixing chia seeds with blended strawberries.
