Ingredients:
- 150 g natto beans
- 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
- spring onion
- chili flakes
- steamed rice for serving
Method:
Start with preparing your rice. Either boil it or steam in rice cooker. The more sticky it it, the better. Chop few pieces of spring onion. Mix soy sauce with natto beans.The more you will mix it the more sticky it will get. You can add some chili flakes if you like spicier food.
Place warm rice into a serving bowl and top up with natto. Sprinkle with spring onion.
