Turmeric zoats with chia pudding

I can eat oatmeal every day and never get bored with it as you can have it in so many different flavors and in so many ways! This is a recipe for a creamy turmeric zoats served with chia pudding and fresh fruits

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • piece of grated zucchini
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 sliced banana
  • a handful of nuts

Method:

Heat up oil in a pan, add turmeric and pepper. Fry a few minutes, then add oats, zucchini and milk. Stir and add rest of the ingredients. Cook on low heat until you reach the desired consistency. Transfer to a serving bowl and top up with more fruits and chia pudding.
