Chocolate protein cake

Chocolate cake is my recent favorite breakfast! Protein packed, easy to make and very chocolatey!

Ingredients:

  • 15 g buckwheat flour
  • 20 g chocolate salted caramel protein powder from Awesome Supplements
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 banana
  • 50 ml plant milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp thick coconut milk

Method:

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mash the banana and whisk with milk. Combine with dry ingredients and bake in 180C for 30 min.

You can probably make it in the microwave as well but I don’t own one so the risk is on you!
I have been making these in my new air fryer and they turned out great!
