Cinnamon banana pancakes

Buckwheat and oat banana pancakes are my favorite! Perfectly thick and fluffy. Best served with lots of fresh fruits on the side.

Ingredients:

  • 30 g oat flour
  • 30 g buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 150 ml plant milk of choice

Method:

Mix dry ingredients in the bowl. Mash the banana and whisk with milk. Combine with dry ingredients. Cook on medium heat until golden. Serve with favorite fruits, nut butter or jam.
