
Bliss balls are a great snack, healthy treat and energy booster. These are protein energy balls with organic coffee beans.
Ingredients:
- 250 g walnuts
- 200 g dates
- 30 g chirpy chirpy choca mocha super Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- pinch of salt

Method:
Blend walnuts in a food processor. Add dates and mix together.
Then add rest of the ingredients and process until you will get a smooth paste.
Transfer the mass to the bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Form your balls and cover with extra cacao or cacao nibs.
Store in the fridge.
