Pink pitaya oatmeal

Summer breakfast bowl which can be enjoyed at every time of the year.


  • 50 g oats
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 200 ml plant milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut


Combine all ingredients together in a jar and refrigerate overnight. On the next day top up with fruits, coconut chips and coconut chia pudding.
