Spirulina overnight oats

Overnight oats belong to summer time but they are also great when heat up. And most importantly – so creamy!

Ingredients:

  • 40 g oats
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder
  • few chopped dates
  • few crushed nuts
  • 150 ml milk of choice
  • 1 chopped banana (optional)

Method:

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight. On the next day transfer to a serving dish, add your favorite fruits and enjoy.
