Red cabbage berry smoothie

We all know cabbage is good for our health. Why don’t add it to our smoothies? We already tried zucchini, cauliflower, pumpkin and sweet potatoes which are working amazingly. If you combine the ingredients well, you don’t need to be afraid of cabbage taste.

Ingredients:

  • handful of chopped red cabbage
  • 1 frozen banana
  • handful of frozen blueberries
  • handful of raspberries and/or strawberries
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup plant milk of choice

Method:

Blend all ingredients together, transfer to your favorite bowl (mine is obviously a Coconut Bowl) top up with more fruits and crunchy granola I used homemade peanut butter granola combined with more peanut butter!

I love to have my smoothies in coconut bowls. These are eco-friendly bowls, handcrafted from real coconuts discarded as waste. Choosing these you save a coconut and help the environment!
