Roasted pumpkin oatmeal

My favorite autumn oatmeal combination. With roasted pumpkin, peanut butter, chocolate and tahini.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp nutty nutty Protein Powder
  • 1/3 cup mashed roasted pumpkin
  • 1/2 banana
  • few chopped dates
  • 1 cup plant milk of choice

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook on low heat for few minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and decorate with favorite toppings.

I added more roasted pumpkin, banana slices, peanuts, peanut butter and chocolate tahini sauce!
