Vanilla miso overnight oats with caramel apples

Vanilla miso overnight oats topped with caramelized apples, peanut butter, caramel sauce and toasted nuts. Because it’s ok to treat yourself with dessert for breakfast!

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 cup of plant milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt

Method:

Mix all ingredients together, transfer to two jars and refrigerate overnight. On the next day chop the apple and caramelize with a pinch of salt and maple syrup.
Top up your oats and drizzle with peanut butter and caramel sauce.
