
Big bowl of cauliflower porridge which you can eat without guilt.
Ingredients:
- 80 g cauliflower rice
- 40 g oats
- 1/2 banana
- 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- few chopped dates
- 150 ml plant milk of choice
- few chopped nuts
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook on low heat until porridge will reach desired consistency. Transfer to a serving bowl and top up with more fruits, nuts and seeds and chocolate pieces.
