Halloween breakfast celebration with a bowl of pumpkin & peanut butter oatmeal.
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 2 tsps peanut protein powder *
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- few chopped dates
- 1 cup plant milk of choice
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook until you reach creamy porridge. Transfer to a serving bowl and decorate with your favorite toppings.
