Vegan nutella mini pies

Happy Valentines Day babes! let’s celebrate with these chocolate mini (homemade) nutella pies. I added some dried raspberries to give them a little sour kick.

Crust ingredients:

  • 50 g oats
  • 50 g almond flour
  • 75 g dates
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Filling ingredients:

  • 250 g silken tofu
  • 100 g nutella (I used homemade)
  • 3 tbsp date syrup
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method:

Add dates to the food processor and start processing. When you’ll get them combined to one mass, remove it and replace with oats. Process for a minute, then combine with almond flour, dates and coconut oil.
Press the crust to small pie pans and place into the freezer.

Clean the food processor, add silken tofu, homemade nutella and other ingredients and process until nicely combined.

Pour the mass on prepared crust and keep refrigerated for few hours (quicker in the freezer – around 2 hours).
