Blueberry pancakes

Blueberry oat pancakes with more blueberries and coconut yogurt colored with berry powder. perfect for lazy Sunday breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 40 g oats, blended to flour
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 100 ml plant milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • handful of blueberries

Method:

Mix all ingredients together in one bowl. Cook on nonstick pan until golden. Eat with your favorite toppings!

I made these with That Protein hemp and baobab protein powder.
If you don’t use protein powder, replace it for more oat flour.
